Souq Al-Jubail, among the distinguished projects of Sharjah Asset Management Company, the investment arm of the government of Sharjah, has announced the completion of preparations to welcome the upcoming blessed month of Ramadan. Through provision of a convenient and integrated package of services, products and fresh food supplies, the Souq will cater to all market visitor and shopper needs throughout the holy month across the three sections of the market (fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and meat), allowing shoppers to save time and maximise their acts of worship.

Market timings during Ramadan:
The Souq receives its beloved visitors during the holy month of Ramadan throughout the week between 8:00 AM until midnight daily with a short break between 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. On Fridays, the market is open from 7:30 AM until midnight, with a short break during Friday prayer between 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM.

Fish Section timings: throughout the week between 8:00 AM until 11:00 daily with a short break between 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. On Fridays, the Fish Section is open from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM, with a short break during Friday prayer between 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM.

Restaurant 1441 working hours:
Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, Restaurant 1441 is open to visitors from 5:00 pm until 11:00 pm, offering a variety of Emirati, Arabic, and Western dishes that cater to different tastes. Guests can enjoy delicious seafood, as well as hot and cold Ramadan drinks, a selection of Arabic and international coffee, and a variety of juices and other beverages prepared specifically for the cafe's guests. The food and beverages are served by a professional and experienced team, known for their hospitality and presentation skills.

Market facilities:
Souq Al-Jubail spans 261 stores distributed across 3 sections: 174 stores for fresh fruits and vegetables including 22 stores for dates, 65 stores designated for high quality meat, 35 stores specializing in fresh fish and seafood with designated barbecue station extending over an area of 365 sq. m, cleaning and cutting stations, and more than 70 employees per day to cater to market customers at nominal prices. The Souq also hosts the fish market auction, held in the traditional way daily after Asr prayer. Various convenient services and other facilities are also available at the market, including, ATMs,and more, allowing shoppers to streamline errands and avail services to the highest standards.
